Working within a complex, evolving system
Over several years of collaboration with TEDxTaipei, the work unfolded inside a landscape where ideas, speakers, teams, timelines, and public expectations constantly intersected, often before they were fully defined.
While the final role was Art Director, the work itself extended beyond a single title. It focused on early-stage alignment by clarifying intent, shaping narrative direction, and translating ambiguity into structures teams could work with.
In practice, this meant supporting moments where decisions had to be made without complete information. It involved helping teams agree on direction, align across disciplines, and move forward with confidence. From framing projects in their early stages to supporting visual and experiential decisions on site, the role consistently sat at the point where ideas became something that could be built, seen, and experienced.

多年與 TEDxTaipei 的合作，意味著長期置身於一個高度交織的環境之中。想法、講者、團隊、時程與公共期待彼此牽動，且往往尚未被清楚定義。
雖然最終職稱為藝術總監，但實際投入的工作並不受限於單一角色。核心在於專案早期對齊意圖、敘事方向與執行條件，並將尚未成形的想法轉化為團隊能共同理解的結構。
在實務層面上，這代表在資訊尚未完整的情況下，協助團隊做出關鍵判斷。釐清方向、促進跨部門對齊，並讓專案得以持續推進。從專案前期的框架建立，到現場視覺與體驗層面的決策支持，我所處的位置，正是想法開始變得可被執行、可被看見，也可被感受的地方。
