Over several years, I worked closely with TEDxTaipei across different stages of its growth.
While my final role was Art Director,
my involvement evolved over time —
from early organisational building to creative direction and production.

在多年的合作中，我與 TEDxTaipei 一同經歷了不同階段的成長與轉變。
雖然我最終的角色是藝術總監，
但實際參與的過程，始於組織初期的建構，
並逐步延伸至創意方向與製作協作之中。

讓團隊在關鍵時刻得以對齊與前行。
