Oslo Freedom Forum returned to Taiwan after a pandemic-related hiatus, reaffirming its commitment to promoting human rights and democracy. With Taiwan emerging as the most frequent host country outside of the United States and Norway, this event marked a significant milestone. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Taiwan's resilience in the face of global authoritarianism and its exemplary response garnered international acclaim. Through collaboration with the local community, activists, volunteers, and partners, we successfully created a platform that amplified diverse voices and facilitated meaningful discussions on human rights and democracy. This project serves as a testament to our ongoing dedication to advancing freedom, justice, and equality for all.

Event Management and Coordination
For the Oslo Freedom Forum in Taiwan 2022, we expertly planned and managed all aspects of the event, including insurance, make-up services, transportation, internet connectivity, security, simultaneous interpretation, on-site staffing, hardware setup, programs, and rehearsals. Our comprehensive coordination ensured a smooth and impactful experience for participants, with a strong focus on safety, convenience, and inclusive communication.

Expo and Environment Design
In order to meet the needs of the event, the venue has been divided into several areas. Within the expo section, we have created two distinct areas: HRF booths and partner expo. Our role involved not only designing the environment and coordinating each expo area but also curating two booths based on the event's theme and topics. These curated booths were aimed at providing engaging and immersive experiences for attendees, capturing the essence of the event in a captivating manner.

為了滿足活動的需求，場地被劃分為數個區域。在展區部分，我們規劃了兩個主要區域：HRF攤位和合作夥伴攤位。我們的角色不僅涉及場佈的設計和每個攤位的協調，還包括了替其中兩個攤位策劃內容。這些攤位旨在為參與者提供引人入勝且身臨其境的體驗，以生動吸引人們的目光，展現活動的核心精神。
Expo Booth Curation
Our curated expo booths, titled "All of you are insulting China!" and "Doodling on the dictators," provided a playful experience, diversifying the expo and avoiding monotony. These booths quickly gained popularity among attendees and received significant media attention. By encouraging active participation, we presented the topic of human rights from a humorous perspective, fostering engaging discussions in a lighthearted atmosphere.

我們策劃的展區攤位，分別名為「你們通通都乳滑！」和「惡搞塗鴉獨裁者」，提供參與者一個愉快的體驗，讓整個展覽更加多元，避免單調。這些攤位迅速受到參與者的喜愛並吸引了媒體的重視。透過鼓勵積極參與，我們以幽默的角度呈現人權議題，營造了輕鬆的氛圍，促進了有趣的討論。
VIS Extended Applications
The VIS (Visual Identity System) was extended to various prints and digital assets, encompassing badges, programme books, signage systems, large format prints, props, and tote bags. These elements were carefully designed to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall brand experience.
