The Human Rights Foundation organised the first-ever Oslo Freedom Forum in Asia, held in Taiwan. As the co-founders of SyndAvant, I served as one the local partners. My responsibilities included creative management and technical support for the forum, workshops, press conferences, and banquet events. I also facilitated seamless execution and technical coordination between bilingual elements.
美國人權基金會在臺灣舉辦了亞洲首屆的奧斯陸自由論壇（Oslo Freedom Forum）。作為SyndAvant的共同創辦人，我擔任其中一位主要的在地夥伴。職責包括論壇、工作坊、記者會和餐會的創意管理與技術支援。同時，我也協助在雙語之間順暢的執行和技術協調。

VIS Design |主視覺系統設計
In the prevailing East Asian culture, there seems to be greater societal pressure and expectations placed on individuals, making it difficult for personal uniqueness to be fully embraced. The inspiration behind this visual identity stems from the concepts of "labels" and "confinement," which arise from a lack of imagination and self-confidence among people. The grayscale background of Taipei in the artwork symbolises the dimness within the confines, while the colourful stripes represent the boundless possibilities beyond. It is akin to the Oslo Freedom Forum venturing into Asia, a region with distinct social dynamics, to delve into human rights issues and allow those of us living here to catch a glimpse of human rights stories from around the world.
在東亞普遍的生活文化中，社會對每個人似乎施加著更強烈的期待和標準，並不容易接納個體的獨特性。然而，這個主視覺設計從「標籤」和「禁錮」的概念中汲取靈感，彰顯了人們想像力和自信心的匱乏。畫面中的灰白臺北背景象徵著牢籠內的昏暗，而色彩斑斕的條紋則象徵著籠外充滿可能性的世界。這就像奧斯陸自由論壇首次來到風氣迥異的亞洲地區，探討人權議題一樣，讓我們生活在此地的人能一窺世界各地曾經發生的人權故事。
Application of the Visual Identity System | 主視覺系統應用
The application of the visual identity system extends beyond the decoration and layout within the venue. It encompasses various elements such as conference handbooks, banners, projection materials, directional signage, and more. These applications not only create a cohesive visual experience throughout the event space but also leave a lasting impression on the audience.

Our environmental design is thoughtfully curated to create a captivating and cohesive experience. From the expo booths and interactive displays to the forum stage and press conference backdrop, every element is meticulously designed to engage attendees and convey the event's theme. Signage, multimedia installations, and flexible seating arrangements are incorporated to facilitate meaningful interactions and provide a visually impactful atmosphere. Our design seamlessly blends aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a successful and immersive experience for the participants.
我們精心策劃的環境設計旨在打造一個引人入勝且一致的體驗。從展區的攤位到論壇舞台和記者會佈置，每個元素都經過精心設計，旨在吸引參與者並傳達活動的主題。指引標示牌、多媒體裝置和彈性的座椅配置都已納入其中，以促進有意義的互動並提供視覺衝擊力。整體設計融合美學和功能性，確保參與者在活動中獲得成功且身臨其境的體驗。
